Questions Buyers Ask Before Configuration

Do the series letters show the physical station order?

No. R, S and W identify included processing capabilities on this page. The delivered station quantity and arrangement are confirmed according to the workpiece, process target and machine engineering.

What is the difference between R and S?

R is a deburring station using a sanding belt. S is an edge-rounding station using rotary roller brushes. Edge rounding forms a controlled radius and is different from bevel cutting.

Where should a C heavy-slag requirement be evaluated?

Use the dedicated Heavy Slag Removal Machines page. Current C-station projects may be evaluated with alloy-hammer or steel-wire-disc-brush tooling before any downstream R, S or W process is confirmed.

How should A, M and A-M platforms be selected?

M means magnetic adsorption, A means vacuum adsorption and A-M is a half-magnetic, half-vacuum combined platform. Final suitability depends on material, minimum part size, openings, flatness and process load.

How do I choose the working width?

Use the maximum dimension across the conveyor after considering part orientation. Throughput, holding stability and the expected part mix should also be reviewed before the width is confirmed.

Why can two machines in the same series look different?

A series describes a function family, not one fixed cabinet. Working width, platform, station quantity, arrangement, tooling, dust-control interfaces and optional equipment can change the final appearance.

What should I send for a final recommendation?

Send the material grade, minimum and maximum part size, thickness range, cutting process, burr or slag photos, target edge and surface result, production target and workshop power conditions.
