⚙️ Operation, Maintenance & Safety Guidelines

Four-Step Startup Process:
  1. Electrical Connection: Confirm the motor power model, and correctly connect the equipment power cord (three-phase) to the 380V power supply according to the phase sequence (blue, red, yellow for forward rotation).
  2. Pipeline Connection: Use a hose of appropriate diameter to connect the host dust source and the dust collector air inlet. To achieve optimal performance, it is recommended to control the hose length within 3-3.5 meters.
  3. Water Injection Initialization: Connect the water pipe to the water inlet (1/2 inch interface) and turn on the water source. The equipment will automatically inject water to the preset optimal level through the float ball valve and then stop, requiring no manual intervention.
  4. Startup Operation: After completing the above steps, power on and start the equipment.
Key Maintenance & Precautions:
  • Regular Water Tank Cleaning: A thorough cleaning must be performed at least once a month. After turning off the power, open the equipment maintenance port to remove sludge and impurities deposited in the water tank to ensure filtration efficiency and prevent clogging.
  • Core Consumable Replacement: The demister (water curtain paper) is a key maintenance component. Please inspect and replace it every 6 months to 1 year according to the actual usage frequency to ensure gas-water separation effect and smooth exhaust.
