The Qintellim 450RS-M is a compact deburring and edge rounding machine for small and medium metal parts. It combines a deburring station using sanding belt consumables with an edge rounding station using rotary roller brush tooling to remove burrs, create rounded edges, and prepare parts before coating, welding, or assembly.
The compact body is suitable for workshops with limited floor space, sample production, and mixed-batch sheet metal processing.
