Choose Qintellim consumables by machine station and process role. Sanding belts, rotary roller brushes, heavy-slag tooling and W-station rollers are different items and should not be treated as interchangeable.
| Station | Tooling or consumable | Primary process role |
|---|---|---|
| R | Abrasive belts for deburring machines | Deburring, grinding and surface preparation. |
| S | Rotary roller brushes for edge rounding | Controlled edge rounding around external contours, holes and slots. |
| C | Alloy hammer or steel wire disc brush | Heavy-slag removal. Both tooling types can be evaluated for current project configurations. |
| W | Polishing roller or brushing roller | Separately selected surface-finishing steps. If both brushing and polishing are required, evaluate two W stations. |
A is a vacuum adsorption platform, M is a magnetic adsorption platform and A-M has half magnetic adsorption and half vacuum adsorption. Working width is confirmed by machine family and project configuration. The 450, 630, 800, 1000, 1300 and 1600 mm widths can be used for heavy-slag series project evaluation.
CRSW and CRRSWW can be quoted as current project configurations. The C station can use alloy hammer or steel wire disc brush tooling. A single W station is assigned to a defined brushing or polishing step; two W stations are evaluated when both steps are required.
