Direct answer: Qintellim R-Series machines use one or more independently controlled R deburring stations, each using a sanding belt consumable. Station quantity, project-based working width, conveyor platform, control system, dust collection and electrical data are confirmed from the workpiece and the required result.
Choose this family when the main requirement is burr removal, oxide-layer reduction or controlled surface grinding with sanding belts. Edge rounding requires an S station, heavy-slag removal requires a C station, and brushing or polishing requires a W station.
Step 1 · Processing Stages
More R stations allow the grinding process to be divided into separate steps. Sanding-belt grit, contact setting and conveyor speed are selected by sample testing rather than fixed by the series code.

Two independently controlled R stations can separate primary burr removal from a secondary grinding or surface-preparation step.
Three R stations provide additional process stages for production requiring a planned coarse, intermediate and final sanding-belt sequence.
Additional or special R-station arrangements, including project-specific multi-side structures, are evaluated from the workpiece and process route.
Step 2 · Workpiece Size
Use the maximum workpiece dimension across the conveyor after considering how the part will be oriented. Every listed width is supplied according to project confirmation; it is not a promise of stock availability.
The working width is a processing parameter. It is not the same as the machine's overall width or the total conveyor-platform dimensions. Final dimensions are stated in the approved technical proposal.
Step 3 · Workpiece Holding
Considered for non-magnetic materials, small parts or thin sheets. Openings, surface contact area and part flatness must be reviewed.
Used for suitable ferromagnetic steel workpieces. Actual holding depends on material response, contact area, thickness and process load.
A half-magnetic, half-vacuum platform for workshops processing mixed materials or frequently changing workpiece requirements.

How to read a complete model: 1300RR-M means 1300 mm working width, two R sanding-belt stations and an M magnetic platform. Additional R stations remain available by project, but RRRR is not presented as a fixed standard model.
