Manufacturing Capability
QintelliM supplies equipment for deburring, edge rounding, grinding, heavy-slag removal and surface finishing, with supporting dust collection and consumables. The documented project production sequence includes mechanical assembly, electrical installation, internal commissioning and packing preparation.
R&D & Engineering
Configuration engineering connects the workpiece to the process stations, working width, holding platform and tooling. R uses abrasive belts for deburring; S uses rotary roller brushes for edge rounding; W uses a selected brushing or polishing roller. Electrical requirements and custom integration are defined in the approved project specification.
Quality Control
The reviewed production plan requires checks on major materials, the production process and the completed machine, together with records and correction of nonconformities. Completed machine-specific inspection records are needed to confirm execution and results; a plan alone is not proof of a passed inspection.
