800RRS-A-M Dual-Belt Grinding and Edge-Rounding Machine

The Qintellim 800RRS-A-M combines two independently controlled abrasive-belt stations with an abrasive-filament-brush edge-rounding station. It removes burrs and surface residue, then creates consistent rounded edges in one automated pass.

Its A-M dual conveyor platform provides vacuum and magnetic holding, making the machine suitable for manufacturers processing both ferrous and non-ferrous sheet-metal parts.
