Buyer Fit

Is This Machine a Fit for Your Welding Application?

Reliable selection starts with the workpiece, not only the wattage. Send the material grade, thickness range, joint type, seam condition and required output so the proposed model and utilities can be reviewed before quotation.

01

Match the Workpiece

Confirm material grade, thickness, surface condition, joint access and whether filler wire is required.

02

Match the Workshop

Confirm voltage, phase, frequency, shielding gas, ventilation or fume extraction and laser-safety controls.

03

Match the Output

Confirm weld length, parts per shift, finish requirement and acceptance criteria before selecting the configuration.

Model Selection

QMZN-FLW Power Classes

Model Nominal Laser Output Typical Power Supply Selection Note
QMZN-FLW-1000 1000 W 1Ph 220-240V / 50Hz Lower-power configuration; final suitability depends on the application.
QMZN-FLW-1200 1200 W 1Ph 220-240V / 50Hz Same welding platform with a higher nominal output than the 1000W model.
QMZN-FLW-1500 1500 W 1Ph 220-240V or 3Ph 380-415V / 50Hz Electrical configuration is confirmed according to the order.
QMZN-FLW-2000 2000 W 1Ph 220-240V or 3Ph 380-415V / 50Hz Single-phase or three-phase electrical configuration is confirmed according to the order.
QMZN-FLW-3000 3000 W 3Ph 380-415V / 50Hz Three-phase configuration for higher-output welding applications.
QMZN-FLW-6000 6000 W 3Ph 380-415V / 50Hz Highest nominal output in the current QMZN-FLW range; confirm site electrical and cooling requirements.
Configuration notice: The delivered voltage, frequency, laser-source brand and model, installed components, dimensions and weight are confirmed on the quotation, technical specification sheet and machine nameplate.

Compliance Documentation

UDEM Attestation of Conformity

Machinery and EMC Directives

The supplied UDEM attestation identifies Shandong QintelliM Co., Ltd., the Laser Welding Machine product family and the QintelliM QMZN-FLW models. It references Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Annex VIII and Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU, Annex II.

The delivered machine remains traceable through its model, serial number, nameplate, final EC Declaration of Conformity and order-specific technical documentation.

System Configuration

What the Welding System Includes

  • Main machine cabinet with control, power and cooling interfaces according to configuration
  • Handheld laser welding head with protective lens and nozzle
  • Wire feeder for applications requiring filler wire
  • Water cooling system for the laser source and welding-head components
  • HMI control interface for parameter setting, monitoring and alarms
  • Shielding-gas connection for nitrogen, argon or helium according to the process
Available fiber laser sources may include BWT, Everfoton, Maxphotonics or a technically compatible customer-specified equivalent. The selected brand and model are recorded for the delivered machine.

Materials & Utilities

Application and Site Requirements

Typical suitable workpieces may include stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel and aluminum alloy. Final suitability depends on the exact material grade, laser power, joint design, shielding gas, wire selection and required result.

  • Shielding gasNitrogen, argon or helium according to the welding process; typical pressure is 0.25-0.30 MPa.
  • Cooling waterUse high-quality pure water or distilled water; mineral water is prohibited.
  • Operating environmentIndoor industrial area with ventilation, stable power and controlled laser access; recommended ambient temperature is +5°C to +33°C.

Laser Safety Comes Before Production

This is high-power industrial laser equipment. Installation and operation require trained personnel, correct grounding, suitable laser protective eyewear, controlled access, barriers or enclosure as required, fire precautions and appropriate ventilation or fume extraction. Final safeguards must follow the delivered configuration and applicable local rules.

Do not assume cleaning or cutting capability. Only the welding function described in the confirmed quotation and technical documentation is included.
