What do Qintellim machine series codes mean?
Qintellim uses station-based series codes so manufacturers can understand the process route before selecting a specific machine width or conveyor platform. R means a deburring station using sanding belt consumables, S means an edge rounding station using rotary roller brushes, C means a heavy-slag removal station using alloy hammer tooling, and W means a brushing or polishing station. Conveyor platforms are selected separately: A is vacuum holding and M is magnetic holding.
The right series is determined by the condition entering the machine and the result required when the part leaves it. Station quantity and sequence can be customized, and Qintellim working widths are available in 450, 630, 800, 1000, 1300, and 1600 mm.

A laser-cut stainless-steel part requiring a brushed finish has a different process route from a flame-cut carbon-steel part carrying large slag.
